Custom Gunite Pools & Outdoor Living
Edgewater Premier Pools designs and builds custom gunite swimming pools for homeowners in Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Ingram, Bandera, Comfort, and surrounding Hill Country communities. From the first design conversation to the finishing details, we help you plan a pool and outdoor living space that fits your home, property, and goals.
Planning a new pool is about more than choosing a shape or a finish. Your property, how your family wants to use the backyard, and the details of construction all shape the finished result.
Edgewater Premier Pools works with Hill Country homeowners to create custom gunite pools designed around their outdoor space, with the option to coordinate outdoor living features like kitchens, patios, and covered gathering areas. We are based in Kerrville and our owners stay involved in every project.

Pool Construction, Outdoor Living & Pool Care
New pool construction is the core of what we do. When you want more than a pool, the same team can plan the outdoor living around it, and keep everything running after it is built.
Custom inground gunite pools designed for your home, the surrounding landscape, and the way you want to use your backyard. See how our design and construction process works and what options fit your property.

Bring the whole backyard together with outdoor kitchens, patios, and covered living areas planned to complement your pool, so the space works as one design instead of separate projects.

Explore Pool ServiceA few decisions shape almost every custom pool project. Knowing them going in makes your first consultation far more productive.
Slopes, rock, yard access for equipment, drainage, and how the pool sits relative to the house all affect design and construction. Hill Country lots vary a lot, so we start by looking at the site itself.
Gunite is sprayed over a steel framework and shaped on site, so the pool can follow almost any shape, depth, or grade change. That flexibility is why we build custom gunite pools rather than fitting a preset shell to your yard.
Spas, water features, LED lighting, saltwater systems, solar heating, and app-controlled automation are all options. Outdoor kitchens and patios can be planned alongside the pool.
Cost depends on pool size and design, site conditions, finishes, equipment, and added features. A project-specific proposal is the only reliable number, which is why we design first and price the actual plan.
Timing depends on design decisions, permitting, site access, weather, and construction complexity. Our team handles permitting and site prep and walks you through each stage before work begins.

Discuss Your Pool ProjectEvery Edgewater pool follows the same structured path, so you know what is happening and what comes next.
We start with a conversation about your ideas, how your family plans to use the pool, and your property layout. This is where we learn your priorities and talk through features, outdoor living options, and what your site may require.
Our design team turns that conversation into a 3D visual model of your future pool, so you can see the layout, shape, and features in context before anything is built. Revisions happen here, while changes are easy.
Once the design and scope are approved, we handle the required permitting and prepare the site for construction. We explain what the permitting process involves for your property and coordinate the work so you are not left managing it.
Our crews build the pool with durable materials, coordinated by a dedicated project manager. Our owners stay involved throughout, and you are kept informed as each phase of construction is completed.
Decking, lighting, water features, and landscaping bring the project together. If you included an outdoor kitchen, patio, or covered area, this is where the full backyard comes into focus.
Before you swim, we walk you through how your pool and equipment work and how to maintain them. Owners who want ongoing help can continue with our maintenance team after construction.

Edgewater was founded in 2020 by Bradley Harvey and Rusty Risinger, lifelong friends who grew up in the Texas Hill Country. They started the company after seeing too many neighbors frustrated by poor communication and unclear pricing from out-of-town pool companies.
