Kerrville Custom Pool Builders Since 2020
Edgewater Premier Pools is a Texas Hill Country pool builder based in Kerrville, serving homeowners who want custom swimming pools, outdoor living spaces and ongoing pool care.
We believe homeowners should know who is involved in their project, what decisions need to be made and how the work will be coordinated. Our team brings design, construction and service roles together so customers have people to turn to throughout the process.
Edgewater Premier Pools was founded in 2020 by Bradley Harvey and Rusty Risinger, lifelong friends who grew up in the Texas Hill Country. Their goal was to build a local pool company around clear communication, hands-on project involvement and attention to the details that affect both the finished pool and the experience of getting it built.
Kerrville and Fredericksburg are part of the company's local identity. From established neighborhoods to Hill Country properties with challenging terrain, every project calls for design choices that fit the actual site and the way the homeowner wants to use it.

A Practical Conversation First
A well-planned project starts with a practical conversation. We want to understand your property, how you intend to use the pool and yard, the features you value most and your budget expectations. Design and construction discussions should make it easy to understand what is included in the scope, which selections affect price, and what may need engineering, permits or extra site preparation.
During construction, communication matters as much as materials. Ask us who will coordinate your project, how decisions and changes are documented and what happens at completion. Project schedules and warranty coverage are explained in writing for each engagement.
Our Pool & Outdoor Living Gallery includes the Spicer, Rippy, Olson, Lewis, Garcia, Cone and Bond projects. Review the photographs for examples of pool shapes, finishes and outdoor space planning.
