That’s why we started Edgewater — to offer something better: a refined, reliable, and high-integrity approach to custom pool design and construction. From day one, we’ve been focused on delivering a process as exceptional as the final product.

From Friendships to Foundations — How Edgewater Was Born
Edgewater Premier Pools was founded in 2020 by Bradley Harvey and Rusty Risinger — lifelong friends and seasoned builders who grew up in the Texas Hill Country. With over four decades of combined experience in construction, business, and client service, Brad and Rusty shared a vision: to create a custom pool company that prioritizes trust, clarity, and quality from start to finish.
Brad, a Texas State-trained engineer with a business background, brings meticulous structure and a systems mindset to every project. Rusty, a second-generation craftsman and full-time paramedic, combines design intuition with a tireless work ethic and deep understanding of trades.
Together, they launched Edgewater as a hands-on, client-first company — and even today, they stay closely involved with every project, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
